I am still alive and kicking. I was a radioman aboard Manley during the Nam tour of 66-67. And I do remember the day I became a Shellback. The most vivid memory of that day was kissing Neptune's Baby's bellybutton, if you really considered "Tiny" a baby.

hI THIS BOB BULLERS RD3 DOES ANYBODY REMEBER 5INCH SHELLS FALLING ALL OVER THE FOKESAL DURING REARMING. WOULD PLEASE RESPOND SO I DONT THINK I AM LOSING MY MIND. ANOTHER POST SAID THAT HAPPENED ON THE SECOND VIET CRUISE. i CAN REMEBER DROPING SHELLS OVER THE SIDE.
